Summer is here but we are alreday planning things for this coming fall. You will have the possibilitie to take part of yoga in many different forms. For instance: Yin-, Yang-, Kundalini- and Astangayoga are forms that we will offer you every week, starting in August. There will also be Qigong and Flex Qi Relax.
As always we are glad to help you plan a day for you and your colleagues with focus on your health and wellbeing.
