Inspiration to Meditation
This 3-time course is suitable for anyone with a curiosity of the mind, consciousness reducing stress, increasing focus and increasing present moment awareness. Through the sessions we will explore various mindfulness and meditation techniques as well as discuss obstacles and practical tips for you to either begin or deepen your own meditative practice.
No previous experience needed, however also experienced meditators are welcome for an inspirational boost!
