Is your body craving movement beyond stretching, but you know sweating in the gym won’t do it for you? Follow me on a six-week journey at Wasa Wellness where a fun Hatha Flow practice will detox your body, strengthen your immune system and support your digestive system. Hatha includes both sitting and standing yoga poses and you create the flow by synchronizing your movements with your breath, mostly since deep breathing is the foundation for a balanced nervous system and a healthy body. Some sort of previous experience of yoga or exercising will benefit you but is not a requirement since you will be using yoga props as support through your practice.
