Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is a relaxed and natural state where you can access the power of your subconscious to release stress, shift old patterns, and create meaningful change from within. Hypnotherapy can help you to strengthen your self-image, sleep better, manage emotions, reduce pain, relieve IBS symptoms, overcome fears, and make positive life changes (e.g. stop smoking, start exercising). As a client, you are always fully aware, in control, and safe throughout the process.
Coaching/Timeline Therapy
My coaching program is designed to help you free yourself from anxiety, depression, toxic relationships, fear and self-doubt. Through guided Timeline Therapy (a set of tools that work with the subconscious mind), you will be able to release negative emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, heal past wounds, install positive emotions and create space for clarity, confidence and joy. I support you on your journey towards health and healing.
